The focus is often not only on accomplished business leaders, but also on auspicious individuals in other sectors.

This essay is on organization and management analysis. I will show in detail about the various organizational theories. There will also be discussions on the comparisons of management theories and styles and which organizational theory resembles my organization. This essay is also on changes that could be made to make my organization better. There are many organization theories and management theories and these theories are a major part of the working world.

During the last few decades, numerous management researches have focused their attention on leadership. This field has received even more interest due to globalization and with the further increase in the companies size has led to more popularity of some CEOs and politicians who have become icons inspiring, leading people and entire generations.

Business is what drives our economy and is common in our everyday lives. Running a great business takes a lot of work and is challenging for many companies. 1. What is meant by internal equity? What is the relationship between internal equity and job evaluation?

Business need not to suffer from consequences of substandard goods. The goals of organization should remain vigilant to improve on the products they offer. It is common that many large organizations supply their clients with products that are not to the standard that they claim or advertise them to be having. This results in their clients having problems with these substandard good consequently forcing them to go to the homes and offices of the clients to try and fix the problems. The idea behind the large organization releasing into market products is to create something of great value and what satisfies the customers, however the organization has failed to do so. This has caused problems to organization and customers, making customers to solve the problem by themselves. Therefore, this paper evaluates these problems from economic, social responsibility and ethics perspective of view.

Business organization and the management is a complex world on its own. The hierarchies, structure and the roles of each positions of the organization has its own duties and responsibilities. The theories of Organizational management have enlightened the world with the views and roles that define the organization system as a whole. It has highlighted the methods and terms of organizing. The business entities and the players are however sufficed with many moral and ethical problems. The companies face serious problems in regard to the relationship between the players namely the shareholders, managers and also the stakeholders of the company. The company facing such issue is Gurkha Development bank Nepal. It seemed that
