"Oh no...this can 't be happening...it 's not fair...my life is ruined!"
Have you ever had thoughts like these flash through your mind? Of course you have - they are actually quite common. But what you might not have realized is that these thoughts could be indicators of a life changing moment.
Think about that - Life Changing Moment! Doesn 't that sound like something incredible...like a fantastic adventure, or an exciting opportunity to discover something new? It sounds like something we might embrace with enthusiasm, and yet these statements suggest that we actually dread these experiences.
Life changing moments are opportunities to soar. Its like we are being given a giant ladder, in the game of Snakes and Ladders, and if we choose to climb we can go higher and farther than we ever thought possible. But do we climb the ladder? No. Instead we stand at the bottom, studying it. "Looks unsafe to me...no way I 'm going up there. Count me out...what if I don 't know what to do when I get to the
The events that we experience in our lives influence how we develop and change in each stage of our lives. Life pushes us through changes at particular point. These periods of change are all transition points which can be little unsettling. They are usually counterbalanced by periods of clam and stability. These changes may make us feel awkward or even be painful but they are necessary because life does not stand still.
No matter which route we choose to take or how we decide to live our lives, we are all capable of leading our lives to their maximum potential. I think, that’s why when we know an action is unusual for us to do, we often find ourselves compelled to do it. Life is a journey that is greater than its destination. It is magnificently beautiful to know that no two people are ever going to live the same life. Seven billion people experienced yesterday differently, than how you did. However, no matter how unprepared we are, we have to believe that we will end stronger than how we began. There is something inside of us that is larger than all of us. There is life inside everyone and everything, from a light bulb to a human
A life event can change the direction of our lives, affecting our personal development. Some major changes in life can be predicted and even chosen, while others may be unpredicted. Predictable life events, such as starting school, going through puberty and retiring from work, often mark a transition from one stage of life to another, acting as milestones in our personal development. Unpredictable life events, such as sudden illness or injury, redundancy or the death of a friend or relative, occur unexpectedly and are often associated with loss, but may also lead to positive change in our lives.

Throughout my life obstacles appear around every corner. From the time when I was a newborn and my mother had found out she had breast cancer to when my parents had told me they were going to get a divorce. For some, these situations may be depressing to talk about or even uncomfortable. In my mind, however, the more I talk about it and see how it’s changed the way I view life is a more than beneficial opportunity.
When life changes direction a lot happens to you. Things may change for the good and bad, but that should motivate you to strive and get even better. They should inspire you to do our very best. This idea is explored in the stories I Never Had It Made by Jackie Robinson and The Story of My Life by Helen Keller. Jackie Robinson and Helen Keller faced life-changing experiences and, in doing so, changed their countries.

"The best things in life are not things, they are the moments"-picture quotes. Everybody has a moment they are adverse and have a moment they approbation. I have lived long enough to have a congenial moment. I also had arduous moments. The moment that changed my life forever is the time I got into college with minuscule fees. The moment was cogent because it made me cognizant that going to college is possible if you are assiduous. In fact, this is a novelty in the modern world.

A life-changing event is not something to be taken lightly. Throughout our lives, we encounter many obstacles and changes, some of which bring us joy and excitement, others of which may be hard for us to handle. When I look back on my relatively short life, it may, at first, be hard for me to think of an event that has truly molded and shaped the person that I am today. I have encountered several changes, but at the time, they felt like mere speed bumps along my path. Looking back now, it is easy for me to see that these changes were not by chance, but were placed in my path to form the person that I am today.
