ABSTRACT In this paper I will be elaborating on the warning signs and how to distinguish a future abuser based upon his childhood. Future abuser characteristics may consist of being very insecure, aggressive, and controlling. According to National Domestic Violence “Abusive partners are also skilled at coercion and manipulation. They use excuses to make you feel like what is happening is your fault”. “Abusers are incapable of maintaining all over control to their abusive personality traits Long-term”, according to examiner Stephanie Lowrence- Henckle of 10 Early Warning Signs. …show more content…

National Center of Elder Abuse states, “Physical abuse is defined as the use of physical force that may result in bodily injury, physical pain, or impairment. Physical abuse may include but is not limited to such acts of violence as striking (with or without an object), hitting, beating, pushing, shoving, shaking, slapping, kicking, pinching, and burning”. And “Sexual contact with any person incapable of giving consent is also considered sexual abuse. It includes, but is not limited to, unwanted touching, all types of sexual assault or battery, such as rape, sodomy, coerced nudity, and sexually explicit photographing”. An insecure person is defined as” A subject to fears, doubts, etc.; not self-confident or assured” and will find any little thing to be jealous about. Whether it is pertaining to someone looking at you the wrong way, having to know your every move, having to know who you with, where you are going, and what time. He will lose his cool very easily if he sees will interacting with another male. These are all steps and signs that can lead to being physically abused.

Childhood abuse may correlate with whether or not a person will become a future abuser. The most commonly thought form of abuse is domestic violence. There are many categories associated abuse. Such as, psychological, physical, sexual, emotional, even bullying is a form of an abuse.
Every year millions of people are suffering from abuse and neglect
