In addition, due to financial constraints in her family, Jacelyn also has an off-campus job that requires her to work many late nights and weekends. This ability to manage two jobs, a research assistant position, and consistent participation in community service while maintaining her exceptional GPA at an academically rigorous institution like UCLA demonstrates her admirable character, work ethic, and time management, valuable skills found in few students.
I have lived in only one location my entire life: Edwardsville, Illinois. A peripheral suburb of St. Louis, it stands as the rare oasis of people in a desert of corn, pinned in its own personal bubble. Due to this blend of time and isolation, I developed a natural familiarity with my hometown. But, throughout my childhood, I longed to break free from the confines of the bubble and venture outward. However, this changed last summer, as I walked through Richards Brickyard, our family heirloom, that my great-grandfather, Benjamin Richards, founded over 120 years ago. I felt these childlike sentiments slip away. The bubble that had surrounded me for so long began to vanish, and the picture that it had been obscuring was slowly revealed.

I'VE BEEN SUPER EXCITED FOR THIS TO COME OUT!!! For those who don't know this is one of my anticipated of the year (you can check out my list if you haven't already, I posted it in September). But since this is the last book of the series I don't feel the need to write a very long non-spoiler review. I won't write the reasons why I love this series so much in my Top Ten list if you would like to check that. The series starts out in this futuristic world where a young girl named Cinder catches the eye of Prince Kai, the future empire of the Common Wealth. The only problem is that she's a cyborg, part-human part-robot. For this book, I would give it about a 4/5 stars. I was definitely a great read but it wasn't my favorite book in the series, I honestly felt that Cress was the best book, then

It is my pleasure to recommend Zachary Kohler, who I taught in my 1st-7th grade computer classes at Challenger School. During this class, Zacharywould demonstrate his math, science, and logic skills programming in Terrapin Logo and Pascal. Hedisplayed tremendous effort and growth throughout the time I've known him and brought a great energy to class. I am confident that he will continue to display the same commitment and diligence in everything he does. I highly recommend Zachary for this scholarship to your program.
Throughout my educational career at St. Paul High School I have been involved in many roles of academic excellence and leadership that I believe have well-prepared me for my future. I engage in various extracurricular activities all year round. Currently, I am involved with ASU Prep’s high school color guard team, ASU Sun Devils, and the National Junior Honor Society. Additionally, I partake in ASU Prep’s competitive swim team and another that swims all year round. Now, I’ve competed and performed in color guard for four years now (counting 2016-2017). Every week I practice 3:30 to 5:30 on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and compete against 28 other teams in the High School Regional Scholastic A. Class. Recently, we have debuted as the first high school team of ASU Prep in late 2016. The impact of our performance awed and inspired the judges so much so that we got to move up to the next competition class. I swim competitively during Fall Sports at school as well. These practices are held from 6:00 to 7:00 am before school.

I witnessed the dedicated, responsible young volunteer and cheerleader at Special Olympics events.
