History of Football
Football/soccer, the beautiful game, the world game was first said to be originated and played from 1400bc proved with scientific evidence. However, according to FIFA after the rules were correctly set and implemented the first recordable football game occurred on 19 December 1863 , Limes Field, Mortlake, London, England. Football is a 11 aside team sport which is normally played on a football pitch which can be played by both male and female.
How I became interested with the sport
I have been playing football for 8 years up to date and my fantasy with the sport began ever since I first watched it on television . Seeing the tension and anxiety on the players faces the crowd showing their passion for the sport by chanting and the fast movements of the game. The players made it look so easy that I thought football will be a walk in the park but in my experience it certainly not is. Football requires certain components to excel in it which I will be talking about in detailed later on.

It is also defined as one muscles ability to do work. Muscular endurance can come as a form of doing multiple repetitions of an exercise if your muscles are contracting the same way muscular endurance is used. Muscular endurance is highly important in football because for example a goalkeeper who needs to contract his arm muscles a lot needs muscular endurance to help him use him arm muscles every time . An outfielder needs muscular endurance because he uses his/her leg muscles every time. When I play football muscular endurance is highly important as it has a lot of quick bursts in the game with very short time periods to recover as it is an anaerobic sport also muscular endurance is important because we need to resist

So, what is physical fitness? The definition I tend to use, which also pertains to the EMT in a physically demanding situation, is old but worth including: "Physical fitness is the ability to last, to bear up, to withstand stress, and to persevere under difficult circumstances where an unfit person would give up." No one wants to tell a patient in a life-threatening state that they have to catch their breath before they can continue patient care. Beyond the basic definition of physical fitness, you should be familiar with its three general components: body composition; cardiorespiratory endurance; and musculoskeletal fitness. These components can be measured separately, and each assessment will provide information regarding your fitness level in each specific category. For example, an individual may score well in cardiorespiratory fitness but poorly in flexibility, or poorly in cardiorespiratory fitness, but well in muscular strength. Bettering your overall physical fitness improves your ability to perform under physical stress and reduces your risk of developing chronic lifestyle-related diseases, such as diabetes, coronary artery disease and hypertension.
Something that ticks me off is that people think football is hitting people with the ball and to beat the other team. There is more to football than that. It is about brotherhood and having each other's backs and making sure that when one of them does their job wrong you can help them out because you won't let one of your teammates fail. It is about waking up and doing intense workouts and finishing it with your teammates and getting better while everyone else is still sleeping.
Football is the greatest past time entertainment in America, in my opinion. I have always enjoyed watching this great sport, but to actually be in the games takes me to an ultimate level of enjoyment. It may seem strange to most people, but being out in the middle of the field reminds me of being in a great war on the battlefield; where each army is placed in a strategic location to defend its common point. I have always enjoyed playing the sport, during my seventh grade, my ninth grade, and even now my senior year the sport has taken on a whole new meaning for me.

Muscular Endurance: A persons muscular endurance can be measured by getting a person to perform an exercise (press ups, pull ups, bench press etc.) for a set period of time. The amount of repetitions of the exercise that the person performed within the time period is recorded as the persons start point. One of the fitness components is cardio endurance (Cardiovascular Endurance). This fitness component relates to when your heart starts to increase in strength. When the heart and lungs supply oxygen to the bloodstream throughout the body. When trying to work on your Cardiovascular Endurance you want to do exercises that increase your heart rate for a long time.
Muscular strength is much different from muscular endurance. Strength is the extent to how much force your muscles can use and apply. Strength concentrates more on quick and short spurts of energy.
