P&G values their employees through leadership, ownership, integrity, passion for winning, and trust. P&G entices and recruits best people in the world, builds their organization by promoting and rewarding from within, and believes that their employees will always be the most important asset. P&G has many principles such as (1) showing respect to all individuals, (2) valuing differences, (3) inspiring and enabling employees to achieve high expectations, standards, and challenging goals, (4) valuing personal mastery, (5) believing that all individuals can and want to contribute to their fullest potential, (6) being honest with employees about their performance, (7) having mutual interconnection is the pattern of behavior of P&G,(8) the individual and the interests of the company are interwoven, and (9) the foundation of P&G’s success is innovation.

R.E.M. ....Religious, educational and moral values. These are the three values that affect society today the most, I think. Society may look down on people if they do not live by what society thinks is correct. For example if a persons values are corrupt then society will look down on that person, but if a person has real high morals then society will think that they are fake of just a “goodie”. In society today you will be looked down anyway your moral beliefs are.
Morals, character, integrity, what do these words mean….actually, the question is, do you have them. A man named Dwight Moody once said, “Character is what you are in the dark.” You cannot see your morals, character, or integrity, these are only shown as your values. Someone could only show their own values, which are very important to themselves and everyone else. Integrity is the firm adherence to a code of especially moral or artistic values. The way you show your integrity, character, and morals or how they are effect you in either a negative or positive way. There are many causes to how your values are. So as you know, integrity is very important and it is important to have it.
