3. What implications for change managers would apply specifically to Nestlé? Outline how the Nestlé management team may have reacted to each implication. Nestlé was required to acknowledge an aggressive structure that was created especially for managing. The managers should be crystal clear about what they want and what they expect of their employees, be responsible and concentrate on how to have trust among upper level employees and lower level employees. Managers concentrated on improving the strong points and culture they had within the organization. For example, they enhanced their technology and not just get a whole new system. If employees see managers maintain the organization structure before, through and after a change, then the employees will be willing to accept the change and do what they can to make the change work for the better.
