The design phase is very complex and interactive in nature as it aims at incorporating the needs of all parties involved in the delivery of a successful project, (Sebastian 2007). Such complexity and interactivity requires the symbiotic relationship among the parties to be mutualistic in nature. Mutualism relationships enhance the ability to achieve desired outcomes in a manner whereby each party benefits. For example the architect is able to gain revenues as a result of his architectural designs while the clients achieve a project outcome that meets their desired requirements, (Energy Star 2014).

As stated earlier, medical surgeries are an option, though most people prefer to avoid this option. There are many different kinds of surgery that can be done to help with R.A. including joint replacement surgery, arthroplasty, arthroscopy, carpal tunnel release, cervical spinal fusion, phalangeal head resection, and total knee replacement. All these surgeries listed might not help with R.A. and may threaten the body during surgery. Blood clots, infections, and the possibility of the surgery not working at all are potential outcomes of having surgery. According to the CDC, "around 40% of all deaths occurring in individuals with R.A. are attributable to cardiovascular causes" (CDC, 2015). Some individuals may need cardiovascular surgery. Due to the risks involved, surgery isn't the number one treatment that patients with R.A. use.

On July 24th 1997 a guy by the name of Rory Ross called the cops to report a murder and fire caused by his friend Richard Raugust. The person who was killed was their friend Joe Tash, by a shotgun at point blank range. Ross told police that he fled the trailer after Tash had been shot and saw Raugust setting the trailer aflame. Raugust denied any involvement in the crime but with Ross testifying against him and two other friends who were involved in Raugust's alibi denying the fact that they were with Raugust throughout the night, he was convicted on March 26th 1998. Lana Co was in REA from October 2016 until the end of the REA 2 Program in January 2017. During this time, I found Lana to be knowledgeable in UI processes and procedures and how they apply to the REA Program. Lana split her time taking REA2 calls and Vietnamese UI queue calls. She was able to transition between the two programs with ease. Additionally, Lana backed up the REA Lead Worker in non-phone work production in order to help maintain timeliness. Lana has functioned as a Claims Specialist for the Agency for many years and has a broad understanding of the agency vision, mission, services and customers the agency serves. She maintains and continues to improve on her vast knowledge of all UI Claims Programs, Laws and Rules, and Agency systems

The case makes a reference to the firm’s loss of the Marko bid which had Tom leading with the right design but Paul who is the head of the architectures sales, does not do enough to sell the idea (at least that is the perception of a few team members). The team’s perception that Tom’s creative work lacked the support structure it needed to succeed gives an insight how the creative folks in the firm feel. They believe, he didn’t have a first class sales and marketing team behind him.
