First, the Dior boutique has a specific working hours and days, so the working hours in the normal days are from Saturday to Wednesday it is open in these days from 9am to 10pm, but in the holidays from Thursday to Saturday it is open from 9am to 11pm. Every retailer whether if they are famous or not they should be ongoing changes either in interior or exterior boutique to attract the customers. Consumers will lack interest if Dior stay as usuall without any changes in their boutique. Dior should expand their stores, add some simple touches to the interior design store to keep the theme in a new format and Dior should open new section with lower prices so to increase their target market, make more sales offer discounts and make special offers.
