In absence of her supervisor, SPC Rodriguez covered the responsibilities of the Postal Sergeant while continuing to maintain her own assigned duties. She sacrificed her off-duty time to ensure the mission did not falter in the absence of the NCOIC. She performed and oversaw day to day operations of the JMMT. Her duties included Manifest, Truck Times, Securing Trucks, and Mail Count. SPC Rodriguez encouraged her team to perform the assigned tasks above the standards and ensuring the JMMT's success on postal operations.
Due to her knowledge and ability to pass on intricate material in user-friendly terms, SPC Rodriguez instructed seniors, peers and subordinates on the operations of the JMMT a chore normally conducted by an NCO. Her thorough
In conclusion, the Marine NCO is to provide guidance, display courage, and influence Marines, young and old. As a Sergeant of Marines I am the liaison between junior Marines and my SNCOs, the Sergeants task is greater than that of any in shaping young Marines. Not only does a Sergeant have to hold himself to the highest standard possible, he must also hold his Marines responsible, because after all he is charged with guiding those Marines not only professionally but also through day to day life. If there is anyone in the Corps you can turn to for advice, guidance, or hard work and determination, it should be the Marine

I am SFC Chestnut, Tasha and am writing this memorandum on behalf of SGT Torres, Arnaldo G. I have served over seventeen years of active duty service in the US Army. I am currently his platoon sergeant.
SPC Torres instructed several Sergeants' Time Training classes, sharing his knowledge with his peers. He continuously took initiative where there was little to no guidance. SPC Torres integrated newly arrived paralegal Soldiers by teaching and mentoring them on the Military Justice process. He was detailed in several occasions to fill-in for Brigade paralegals when there were shortages and was commended for his dependability and competence.

-PFC Rodriguez, I am providing your initial counseling as your first-line supervisor. This counseling will outline what is expected of you as a(n) VTC Facilitator within the G-6.
Sgt Garcia is my ADMIN clerk, probably the best Sgt I have wrote on. She is what we need in our female officer ranks. She is currently working on finishing her degree and would like to become an officer.
SGT Thomas was proficient in generating schedules for the JMMT military personnel. She was taxed with ensuring that Soldiers were instructed on daily missions and were capable of autonomously executing orders with minimal supervision. Her aptitude to convey orders and tasks to both Soldiers and local nationals facilitated unremitting operations of the mail missions. She shaped and oversaw day to day work positions for all Army personnel at the terminal. Mail loss/theft was reduced to zero percent during her tenure as Postal Supervisor.
While serving as Officer in Charge of the Marine Security Guard Training Center, I had the opportunity to observe Corporal Garcia on a daily basis. Corporal Garcia was extremely proficient in her billet as an Administrative Specialist and was able to quickly adapt to a continually evolving training cycle to assist with a demanding work environment. She served as the administrative chief for rotating sequence of 200 Marines every quarter. As the administrative manager, she handles the personnel rosters, pay allowances, promotion entries, and mail administration for each of those Marines. This does not include the constant support she provided to the permanent staff by submitting training documentation and by acting as the liaison for administrative
