As best said by revolutionist and activist Nelson Mandela, “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world,” and your chance to learn and grown at San Diego State University puts the entire world at your fingertips. With such an opportunity comes the important task of choosing the major that is best fit for you—one which will allow you to not only expand your mind while here, but which will further establish within you a foundation to prosper throughout life. The university offers many outstanding majors, though the most opportune of those is that of a degree in business.

Further, great connections are made at such events, great for maintaining throughout college for academic and non-academic needs and for professional references post-university. There is indeed a sense of community without other departments and majors, however, within the business sector the events and networking opportunities and events are far more heavily pushed and available. The individuals I have met within the program have motivated me as well through their drive to succeed while also spend their time at SDSU making both personal and professional connections. Every one of my peers I have come across have something different to offer to my academic and individualistic growth; challenging me in both ways. There is an overshadowing immediacy for not only success, but lasting relationships, connections, and the yearning to lend a helping hand to benefit oneself and the person besides you as well. The opportunities for work post-earning of a business degree are extremely varied and wide-spread across the spectrum. Some of the most common transitions are that from business school to real estate, product sales, marketing agencies, finance, accounting, and managerial positions. However, I have also experienced many of my upper-class peers accepting and succeeding in fields such as teaching, insurance, stock broking,

A half a century ago the traditional college degree was a bachelors in a liberal arts discipline. At Cal State Los Angeles University, a meeting was being held about undocumented immigration concerns due to the new president upcoming January 20, 2017. There are many concerns for Cal State LA’s undocumented students being worried about Trump’s campaign to deport undocumented immigrants. As a matter of fact, some Cal State LA’s students are enrolled in President Obama’s DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) program. The DACA program is to help an individual to gain the ability to work, have an education, driver’s license, social security number which it will stay forever to the individual even if something happens to he or she, help out family financial, apply for a credit card, healthcare, and to not get deported. For instance if Trump’s successfully pass his planning on undocumented immigrants to get them deported, students under DACA are in risk of not completing courses, losing out on classes already paid for by student loans, housing and transportation costs.

The fact that part of the UChicago campus is literally in the neighborhood, along with its access to parks, lakefront, and educational options, all can make it a desirable place to live. Missing from Woodlawn is a “sense of place”, as it is lacking commercial vitality and density that both supports it and animates the streets. Similarly, beyond the campus and parks, which while critical to the neighborhood, are removed from where people actually live, there are few public places that contribute to civic life in Woodlawn.
Coastline Community College is not a large college and there were a lot of subjects that were not offered. Although I wanted to take on-line courses of other college in Korea after graduation, all the corresponding courses were in-class courses and I would not take them. In addition, I wanted to take the prerequisite courses through UC Online, the corresponding prerequisite courses were not available and I could not take them.

I firmly believe that education is at the base of success. I wanted to pursue a master 's degree in the nonprofit field because I wanted to fully grasp and understand the sector so that I could contribute to its success. As I began to research advanced degrees that revolved around the nonprofit sector I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Bay Path University had a nonprofit management and philanthropy program.
I chose Kent State University after a lot of thought and decisions were made during my Senior year of school. I always had known that i wanted to enter the healthcare field and after looking into multiple jobs i had chosen to get a MSN and choose a career in Nurse Anesthesia. This meant that first i needed my BSN, and after speaking to many of my High School teachers, as well as my at the time college professors, they highly recommended Kent State for their Nursing program. I than began to look at the University, read about it from their website, as well as comments and suggestions from online forums from both current and ex-students. All of which recommended the university, and current nurses who have graduated from KSU said that the University
