Candace and Sue both used conceptual skills in figuring out tough predicaments that were not manageable and then turned them into manageable situations. As well, making sure that the new hires are trained correctly with promoting and mentoring new staff. Both of managers also use human skills. The managers make sure they motivate their employees by communicating with each other.
