Request your signature on the Sponsorship Exception to Policy. The Army has implemented sponsorship under a new system, Army Career Tracker (ACT). In some instances Advanced Individual Training (AIT) Soldiers will receive Permanent Change of Station (PCS) orders or amendments 30 days before graduation. In some instances the Soldier will not have an assigned sponsor in ACT before clearing installation. The Sponsorship Exception to Policy (ETP) will allow Soldiers to receive installation clearing papers before they have a confirmed sponsor within ACT.
If this action is not approved all Sponsorship ETPs will come to the Commandant for approval. Soldiers out processing Fort Lee must have an assigned sponsor in ACT or have an approved ETP in order

The user will have to enter the members social security number, the assignment action number which is a number to track assignments and is also used allocate funds for the move, the assignment action reason which is a two digit code acknowledging how the member was selected. The code could be anything from volunteer, mandatory mover, or overseas to stateside assignment. I completed Structured Self Development 2 while deployed in Afghanistan. I knew my wife was expecting our first child in October of 2016 and wanted to ensure I was not going to be enrolled in the October course. As I planned, I was selected for the Advanced Leader Course (ALC) beginning in January. I was excited for the opportunity to progress my career as a Counterintelligence (CI) Special Agent. I had not heard much about ALC at the time so I began to ask around to prepare my expectation. The personnel I spoke with had all attended the course recently. They the expectation for networking and an opportunity to improve as a writer. My final expectation came after the baby was born and I found it difficult to balance work and my normal physical training routine with a new family member. I began to develop the expectation that ALC would allow me the time after the duty day to resume my normal routine.
