Strategic Plan Part One Conceptulizing a Business
In this paper it will explain my business, the products, and services as well as the customers who will be coming into the establishment. By developing a mission statement that will help create a vision statement for my business, and, it clearly will help the customers and employees understand what it is that I want for my business and what I want in the future for my business.

Our vision will be to make them feel as if they are at home in the comfort of their home eating at their dinner tables.
With the company’s vision and values will be the one that everyone will race to get a good table because of the professionalism and the product quality and customer service that they receive while dinning in the restaurant. The core values will be very important because it will be part of the strategic direction of where I want the business to go, as it will relate to a very important component of the business such as the employees, customers, and the vendors which deliver the goods, which will go hand in hand with the ethical conduct as a part of the business management team.
The guiding principle will be that the customers are number one priority, meaning that customer satisfaction will be the highest priority, as we will go to the extreme to fulfill the every need and wants of a customer in a professional manner. Being the leader in the restaurant business, with the day- to-day operations that surrounds the city, we will respect the culture, customers, and the other business that are in the same area as well as respecting the diversity of the most ethical cross cultural-environment. For the restaurant business to survive, it must give attention in providing high quality products and service, perform corporate social responsibility and integrity. The GIFC managers have understood that for the restaurant business to succeed, in the long run, must focus on integrity in relationships with customers, employees and business partners. Customer service will also play a large part in our business vision. To grow a business you must have clients that want to return and therefore it will be priority to offer special training for all of our staff on how to offer the best customer service possible. We will work to teach how to handle tough situations, how to properly answer phones, work with social media, fast and efficient processing of clients, etc. Our goal will be to make sure that every pet and every client leave feeling happy and 100% satisfied with our care and service.

The strategic plan for this project entails improving the HCAHPS score for three of the eight quality measures involving provider communication, pain management, and patient understanding of post discharge care and treatment information. Stakeholders connected to these measures include: 1) Organizational leaders – Board of Trustees, Executive Director, and Finance Officer; 2) Providers – physicians and physician extenders; 3) Nursing leadership; 4) Nursing Associates; 5) Ancillary support staff – pharmacy and physical therapy; and 6) Patients/Families/Caregivers. Strategic marketing plan is the process for moving the organization forward to achieve its marketing goals. No one can predict the future but formulating a strategic marketing plan, the organizations will be able to change better directions.
