Our vision will be to make them feel as if they are at home in the comfort of their home eating at their dinner tables. With the company’s vision and values will be the one that everyone will race to get a good table because of the professionalism and the product quality and customer service that they receive while dinning in the restaurant. The core values will be very important because it will be part of the strategic direction of where I want the business to go, as it will relate to a very important component of the business such as the employees, customers, and the vendors which deliver the goods, which will go hand in hand with the ethical conduct as a part of the business management team. The guiding principle will be that the customers are number one priority, meaning that customer satisfaction will be the highest priority, as we will go to the extreme to fulfill the every need and wants of a customer in a professional manner.
