Man! Did you know that according to Source 2, “an estimated 1 in 5 students in the U.S. is either bullied or a bully?” I find these statistics mortifying. There are two types of people involved in bullying- a bully and a bystander. A bystander is someone who doesn’t help the person being bullied. A bully is someone who intentionally hurts someone. I believe that kids might be bullied for many reasons. According to Source 2, a student states that he was bullied about his hair and about what he wore. Kids might be a ruthless bully because of issues at home and anger. I believe that severe bullying is worse than a bystander because they suffer more severe punishment, develop a horrible reputation, and they are the hugest cause of teen suicide. Clearly bullies are the horrific guys here. As a matter of fact, bullies are way more evil than a bystander because they suffer more severe punishments. They are the person that started the endless teasing and the taunts for people. So if a person being bullied would happen to tell a teacher the bully would be punished. Now, punishments for bullying are more consequential. They can be suspended, expelled, or even banned from the school’s premises. Punishments like these will demolish bullies permanent records. Loving siblings, parents, and friends will no longer trust them. The bully will feel as lonely as an extinct species. If one of my family members or friends saw me being a ruthless bully, they wouldn’t want to have anything to do with me. Bystanders might not be trusted either, but bullies will definitely not be trusted. Trust is an honorable thing to have, and bullies will never have it. It might take some time, but if they would stop bullying and apologize they might regain trust from
