With the release of the Model 3, Tesla has finally become the car for the everyman. Well, the almost-everyman anyway. Despite its monumental achievements in bringing electric cars to the masses, the Model 3, like most cars, is not that suitable for the physically disabled. For that reason, a new car being produced aims to change that. TESLA IS NOT WHEELCHAIR FRIENDLY Tesla's automobiles have many fantastic characteristics, but being wheelchair friendly is not one of them. Thankfully, those who are physically bound to a chair won't be held back with now. AVAI is a unique car that had adapted to wheelchairs with its integrated mobile platform. Many people can't afford a car on its own not to mention a special one designed for people with disabilities.
Through all of this information, Tesla and traditional gas powered car owners have learned more about the Tesla and how it is not as environmentally friendly as society may portray it to be. Hopefully the readers of this paper learn that you must be educated before they buy a certain product.
They sell electric vehicles, and electric vehicles only. The most popular car Tesla has released is the Model S, which is a luxury electric sedan that sells for $70,000. The Model S was voted the Motor Trend Car of 2013, and according to Tesla is one of the safest cars ever, but there is one big difference from any other electric car. The battery in each Tesla car is actually made up of thousands of lithium-ion cells, which is different than most electric vehicles. Electricity charges a battery to give the Model S power for a certain period of time, and is similar to a laptop or smartphone. In fact, the company uses lithium-ion batteries just like the type that powers laptops worldwide. This is the key difference between a Tesla electric car and a hybrid, it is all electric and has to be charged, but a car such as a Prius runs partially on gasoline but does not have to be charged. There are a few ways to charge the car. Tesla suggest you get a high power wall charger installed, and there are also supercharging stations across the United States and Canada. When fully charged, the Model S can travel at 55 miles per hour for up to 300 miles. The technology that is put in these cars is so far ahead of the competition; Tesla could very easily be the car company of the future.
NHTSA stands for the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, a part of the Department of Transportation under the U.S. government responsible for regulating the safety of automobiles for the general public. The agency does this by studying, researching, and investigating. In this report, the fully electric Tesla S model sedan is honored with the highest safety test score from NHTSA. It earns 5-stars in a frontal crash on both driver and passenger’s side, all types of side crash and rollover. The report also shows that the car also features Electronic Stability Control (ESC) to maintain control of the car in extreme cornering
Control software: For the battery pack and the performance safety systems, Tesla vehicles had developed a lot of microprocessors and the sophisticated software. There were different algorithms, which generated a different sensation which drivers expected from an internal combustion engine, without applying pressure on the accelerator.
the tesla electric car is an innovative and revolutionary new technical experience and now it's getting even better with the autopilot option pushing the bounds you once knew of how a car is supposed to drive.
Denial Denial as one general approach to image repair with two variant, denial and shifting the blame. (Benoit, 1997a) Tesla’s denial strategy mainly focus on whether the fire accident was caused by defects of the Model S’s batteries. The first response from Tesla was released on the next day of the accident.
Tesla is unsuccessful through the theme of alliances. Machiavelli quoted, “A man becomes ruler through the help of the nobles will find it harder to maintain his power than one who becomes ruler through the help of the people, because he is surrounded by many men who consider that they are his equals, and therefore he cannot give them orders or deal with them as he wish”(Machiavelli, pg35). There are several concepts to this theme such as if a prince got his power through his nobles, he cannot command them because they are either more powerful or equal to the prince. A prince can be put in a situation where his nobles get hostile, the nobles may either abandon or conspire together to oppose him. Nobles who are independent will always consider
In a society that is trying to reduce its carbon footprint electric cars are on the rise. Tesla Motors owned by Elon Musk, a billionaire investor, is defying history. Electric are not anything new, actually they have been tried many time over over again failing to get a firm grasp into the car market. Martin Eberhard and Marc Tarpenning the original two partners who started tesla in 2003 were in the right place and the right time. With the addition and backing of Elon Musk they were able to achieve what other electric vehicles had not before, range.
Recently electric cars have become very popular in the United States and around the world, but they are nothing new. The first electric car was invented more than a hundred years ago in 1832 by Scottish inventor Robert Anderson, but it wasn’t until the late 1890s and early 1900s when electric cars really became popular. Twenty-eight percent of the cars produced in 1900 were powered by electricity, and electric cars represented one-third of all cars in New York City, Boston, and Chicago. However, its popularity was short-lived when people lost interest in electric cars because of their short range, their lack of horse power, and the availability of gasoline. The introduction of new electric cars and new car makers like Tesla have boosted the

As an esteemed business entity, Tesla has aimed at coming up with effective strategy to guide its operations thereby culminating into total success in terms of its total sales. Tesla motors has been a leading role player in the automobile industry revolutionizing the way vehicles are. Tesla brings in a new generation of mass vehicles that are purely electric and have comparable performance specs to modern gasoline powered sports cars. Founded by PayPal executive Elon Musk, Tesla Motors pioneers in successful development of electric vehicles.
If we could look at Tesla’s vehicle models and other electric vehicle models stripped down, with everything removed but the frame, wheels, and electrical propulsion system, we would see just how far Tesla has come in their design of the electric vehicle and how they have surpassed other car companies with their innovation. According
In 2012, Tesla Motors introduced the world’s first prestige electric sedan named Model S. The car had a fully electric engine and built with a four-door style vehicle. Tesla’s engineers made the automobile have a driving range of 265 miles and an acceleration of a sports car: 0 to 60 mph in approximately five seconds; Model S earned the Motor Trend’s 2013 Car of the Year. Also in this year, Tesla started to build stations called Superchargers to charge the ion-lithium batteries, later changed to Tesla Stations, in North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific for customers to charge their cars’ batteries speedily at no cost (“About Tesla”).
The aim and vison of Tesla Motors is to provide in the short run cars which are affordable to the average consumer, it started making first sport cars for the enthusiast for speed and environmental preservation, moving then to the second phase to the large market who choses affordable compacts and sedans which in turn will promote and stimulate the electric car trend.
