Aim: I want to find out whether the concentration of Vitamin C in Golden Circle Pineapple juice changes over time.
Hypothesis: My hypothesis for this investigation will argue that the Vitamin C level in Golden Circle Pineapple juice will decrease over time.

Vitamin C: Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is a water-soluble vitamin, which is needed by the body to form collagen in bones, cartilage, muscle, and blood vessels. Dietary sources of vitamin C include fruits and vegetables, particularly citrus fruits such as oranges.

Vitamin C contains 4 alcohol functional groups, an alkene, and an ester. Within the ring it contains one double bond, the carbon=carbon bond in the ring structure, this is an alkene functional group.
