Appearance should be second most important on your list, and is one of the positive effects of exercising. It can lead you to having the fittest body and or looking good and turning heads while walking down Mill Ave on a Friday night. Looking good is part of feeling good, and helps boost our self-esteem. Our self-esteem makes a vast difference in how we interact with people, and how we handle our personal relationships. It’s like a pyramid, exercise coming first, seeing results, getting healthier, and feeling good. We tend to dress different when we have a better looking frame, also because we want to show the world our progress and we physically and emotionally feel great.
