Keeping Obama care in our country is a bad idea because the 15% of Americans who do not currently have coverage will have access to affordable health insurance through their State's health insurance and 15% is a small number to the rest of the nation. In this week's “The Week” House Republicans were struggling to rallying support for their proposal to replace affordable Care Act. As reported by the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) predicted that the bill would cause the number of americans without health insurance to grow by 24 million by 2026. The American Health Care Act imposes tax penalties to those who don’t have insurance. President trump still continues to support the bill. The CBO led by a Republican appointed nominee estimated that
In America today there are approximately 17.6 million children 18 and under who have a pre existing health condition. These conditions range from just having asthma or breathing problems to a serious disease like diabetes or cancer. Getting treatments for these conditions costs a lot of money. If your child is one of the 17.6 million that has a health condition how are you going to pay for the expenses? Now the insurance companies will turn you down since he or she has a condition already Or will they? With the new health care law in place now your son can get the health insurance he needs to be healed in no time. The Affordable Care Act or “Obamacare” is the law that will change health care forever. Obamacare will help Americans because it will give every American access to healthcare, lowers the healthcare costs while improving the quality, and will give patients new consumer protections.
Over five million individuals have lost their health insurance since Obamacare has been approved and put into action. The policy of Obamacare states that employers who are providing health insurance to their employees must tack on additional benefits that the companies cannot afford to do. This in turn causes the eventual cancellation of coverage for the employees, leaving them with no options besides signing up for Obamacare. It is the scheme of all schemes. Policy makers are constantly adding revisions to the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) making it harder and harder for individual businesses and corporations to keep their health plan up to the standards Obamacare has set in place.
Since June 6, 2009, President Barack Obama told the American public multiple times, “If you like your health care plan, you'll be able to keep your health care plan.” The public later found out that this was not the case. If your health care plan did not satisfy the minimum federal requirements then you will lose your plan and will have to find another one. House republicans have tried to repeal the bill almost 40 times because they claim it is a major threat to the economic health of the nation. Despite all of the political rhetoric about Obamacare over the past few years, most Americans do not know what it is and how it affects them. While Obamacare does attempt to fix some issues in our healthcare system, it still has not completely fixed the problems at hand. It is an unjust fix and it is far from complete.
With the upcoming election for president, we have a chance at having Obama Care repealed. The presumptive Republican party nominee, Donald Trump, has a plan in place that will be ready to take action if he is elected president. If he is elected president, Congress will be asked to immediately repeal Obama Care. Together Donald Trump and Congress will then work together to implement a series of reforms that follow free market principles. The reforms will restore economic freedom to everyone in this country. Donald Trump’s plan will broaden health care access, make health care more affordable, and improve the quality of the care available. As part of a comprehensive reform effort, the Trump Administration will work to restore faith in government and economic liberty.
Many individuals will say that Obamacare is a great law, because so many people who are uninsured before now have coverage. For an example, cancer patients are able to afford medical insurance for a discounted price. (Goodnough 2). Although this is true, someone still has to pay the money that was discounted off of the bill. Which is another reason why insurers are pulling out, they're left with the burden of paying the
With every new election comes new legislature the 2008 election had to deal with the hot new topic the Affordable Health Care Act (ACA). Then when Barack Obama was elected into office, he wanted it to be changed to Obamacare. Obamacare and the ACA is relatively the same thing. It is referred to as Obamacare because he is the one who signed for it to be passed. Due to the stress that Obamacare has put on the elderly, state businesses and small local business’s think that the United States should discontinue Obamacare during the next administration.
On March 23, 2010, President Obama signed the Affordable Care Act into law. The Obama health care has received mixed reviews over the last couple years. It has put in place comprehensive reforms that improve access to affordable health coverage for everyone and protect consumers from abusive insurance company practices. Many people dislike the idea of Obamacare because of misinformation from the press, opposing political candidates and by those who refuse to seek the information themselves. Additional reforms aimed to reduce costs and improve healthcare outcomes by shifting the system towards quality over quantity. President Obama has stated on several occasions that the new health legislation would start out slow but pick up over time to compensate for the initial loss.
Obamacare is also known as the Affordable Care Act. With the Obamacare Law everyone has a right to health insurance. The law was passed to help people without health insurance be eligible to receive, therefore they cannot be denied assistance. Obamacare is very helpful because you receive help to pay for medication and medical bill. Either most or all, depending on the price would be paid. Companies with 50 or more workers, pay the workers health insurance. With Obamacare there is an equal distribution, no one is left out. Parents that have children under 26 years old can stay under their health plan. People that have had health insurance before March 2010 are not effected as much compared to those that have insurance after. Since the Obamacare

Since June 6, 2009, President Barack Obama has told the American public numerous times, “If you like your health care plan, you 'll be able to keep your health care plan.” The public later found out that this was not the case. If your health care plan did not satisfy the minimum federal requirements, then you will disinherit your plan and, you must find another one. In 2010, President Obama passed the Affordable Healthcare Act, also known as Obama-care. Obama care it self is over twenty thousand pages long, and it may add six point two trillion dollars to the nation’s deficits. This act was made to allow everyone the opportunity to have health insurance, specially people who can not afford insurance on their own. However, instead of helping people afford health insurance, it forces people to buy insurance that might not be affordable for them based on their income. It also makes employers pay for their employee’s health care. That expense is covered by raising the prices of goods and services.
President Trump’s inspirational words directed at the average American are actually plans in disguise intended to make them pay the cost. When it came to fixing the current issues of Obamacare, Trump was able to gain fans by declaring that he will eradicate every last statement of it and replace it with something that everyone can afford and understand. Although there is no laid out plan, at this point it appears as if congress will revert back to leaving health care in the hands of the citizens and not the government. If the Trump presidency proceeds with this strategy, then we can expect to witness greater economic turmoil at our own expense. For one, Obamacare boosted the demand for hospital workers which resulted in lower unemployment.
Because millions have been able to free ride the health care system Obama emplaced a new health reform changing thousands of lives, making healthcare affordable for all people and giving citizens who are already covered new or more benefits. Healthcare has always been a pricey yet necessary asset to life. In the 1920s the middle class seemed to have struggled with the growing cost of medical visits. In the late 1920s a Dallas hospital started to offer joint affordable healthcare for only $.50 a month. Soon other states started to use the same method. The US began to identify the process as the Blue Cross. In that same year the stock market crashed and the Great Depression started. Essentially crushing everyone's financial stability, the
The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act deadline is quickly approaching. The bill aimed at reforming the health care industry was signed in to law on March 23, 2010. The primary focus of the law is to make healthcare services more affordable for all American Citizens. The Obama Care health insurance market place is set to open October 1, 2013. However, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has delayed the signing of final agreements originally set for the first of September to mid-month.
After one of the most grueling presidential races in American history, the populous candidate Donald Trump has been elected by the American people as our next president. While campaigning, one of the first things that Trump vowed to accomplish in office was to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act (donaldjtrump.com). Trump should have no trouble doing this with the support of both the Republican senate and the Republican House. The consequences of what exactly will be done is a constantly argued topic and the phrase “repeal and replace Obamacare” has become a sort of buzzword in the media.
