Introduction 1. Who chooses water at restaurant or home? 2.
Water is an essential part to human life. We as humans need around eight to twelve cups per day to make up for the fact that throughout normal functions such as breathing and sweating we lose an average of ten cups per day. To make sure that we are healthy and everything runs properly, we must make sure we drink the right amount of water (msnbc.com, 2004). The one question when thinking about water is what type of water will you drink? The biggest controversy is bottled water vs. tap water. Many people in the world today are switching from drinking tap water to drinking bottled water. The number of people who drink bottled water has been rising over the past few decades and by an average of 7% per year. A
Our body makes up around 70% of water. Needless to say, water has a lot of benefits for our body. A healthy person can drink three gallons of water per day. Water is a very important commodity to live. Some people say it’s a right, but others at as if it’s a privilege, and as a result, people lack it. The human body is about sixty percent water, but in what I have seen just in my twenty years of life, people do not drink merely enough of it. Instead, water has been replaced as a go-to drink by things like milk, coffee, pop, or energy drinks, but natural energy lies in water. With water we can be more energized, awake, and of course, hydrated, which all together collaborate to help us flourish, stay healthy, and live long. It’s most of the earth’s surface, too; water’s all around us, but we neglect it and deny its crucial place in our health and humanity.

Water is the most important thing in our life. Creatures cannot live without water. It helps us in our daily life. In addition, water is fundamental to good health, yet needs vary by individual to individual. Still, water is a key factor in the body, which helps in moisturizing the internal organs. Water is your body's main chemical ingredient and makes up about 60 percent of your body weight. Every system in your body depends on water. However, if we looked at the other way, the United States is the one of the biggest water consumers. There is some people prefer tap water instead of bottled water,
When we are thirsty we should choose water. It has zero calories, and no sugars, so doesn’t promote us wanting more sugar in our diet. Unlike coffee, or tea, water isn’t a diuretic. for our bodies, the benefits that come with drinking water and a few methods to help you
Every day a lot more people are buying bottled water for different kinds of reasons. Many of those people believe that bottled water tastes better. However, different types of tests had proven that tap water tastes better. For instance, during the year 2005 the ABC News show 20/20 completed a test in which New York City tap water came in tied for third out of six water samples. Also, many people who claimed that they didn’t like tap water had no trouble with it as long as they didn’t know what it was. In addition to this study, there have been other blind tests in the United States that support this claim. For example, in 2011 Boston University conducted a blind test among the students and just one third out of 67 students correctly recognized the tap water. (Livingston). Many other studies in cities as Washington Dc, San Francisco and Belfast, Ireland had revealed that tap water savor is as equal as or better than bottled
In the article “Bottled Water: The Right Choice” it states “It is easy to grab a water bottle before you leave the house. Likewise, if you are thirsty a bottle of water offers a healthy choice to quench your thirst.” I agree with these
I must admit to being forgetful on occasion. I have left my empty water bottle in the car and forgotten to bring it in to refill. I have also left a newly filled bottle on the kitchen counter and rushed out the door without it. If I find myself somewhere without a drinking fountain, I have to resort to bottled water. It also happens that some venues, ballparks and movie theaters for example, do not permit customers to bring in their own water. Since I am not a soda drinker, I will sometimes purchase water in those situations, although I am generally incensed
Despite the strong claims being made by many parties, some individuals are still not drinking water. The excuses for not drinking water vary in such ways as; forgetting and water being inaccessible. Much of the American public, however, is uninformed about the benefits and the consequences on health of not drinking water. Also, many Americans think that any liquid qualifies as hydration. Confusion exists about what is the best liquid to drink and whether purified or higher quality is better. With the misunderstandings and unconcerned public, America is often dehydrated.

Water is considered as an essential for human existence. We all can survive without food for some day but no one can live without water at least two days. Human body consists of 70% percent of water and our globe is covered by 69.9% percent of water. But unfortunately the useable fresh water is just 2.5% out of it. Water is a social good, water is an economic good, water has ecological value and water has religious, moral and cultural value.
Wise usage of water helps us in saving money. We have to pay for the water we use. If we use less water, we will have more money left to spend on other things.
