It also features translations of the hindi language, poetry, and recipes for meals throughout the book. Tiger’s Curse is packed full of adventures, romance, fantasy, and is very detailed and in depth.
The style of this novel is similar to other books I have read because I typically choose books that revolve around the romance and fantasy genres. However, although I do enjoy my share of young adult books, I also read biographies as well as informational books. Tiger’s Curse is very different from both of those genres, and it does not share facts or details about the life of a real person. The characters and events that take place throughout the book are purely fictional. This book does feature true information, despite

The books are told from her point of view, and incorporate her thoughts and emotions. The story starts out with her accepting a job at a circus, where she meets and cares for Ren the white tiger. Kelsey tends to be the only consistent character throughout the book that is completely new to each and every thing that Ren and goes through. She is the only main character that can’t shift, heal quickly, or have lived for countless years. Ren, a 300 year old indian prince who was originally named Alagan Dhiren Rajaram, is Kelsey’s main focus throughout the novel. She leaves to India with him as a tiger to tend to his needs as he gets used to a rehabilitation center, and much to her surprise, he ends up exposing himself and explaining his curse to her. Ren and his brother were cursed as tigers, and he hasn’t been able to shift back to a man before Kelsey came along. Kelsey, thoroughly shocked and overwhelmed, agrees and they embark on their journey, which continues throughout the
My book club book, The Roar by Emma Clayton is about a semi-apocalyptic, semi-dystopian, society where there hasn't been any children born for the past 30 years and this is ‘reasonable move’ as Mal Gorman says, because the Animal Plague has been spread rapidly. Not much is known about the animal plague until the very end of the story.

The point of view of the narrative provides the aura of a primeval story, with classic fairy tale elements incorporated. “The Lady, Or the Tiger?” starts out with third person omniscient, where the narrator knows all the thoughts and feelings of the characters, leading to a fairy tale quality. The lack
The antagonist in Tears of a Tiger is depression and guilt. Andrew is getting really depressed, because he has the guilt of killing his best friend, Robert Washington, who died in a car accident, by drinking and driving. Everyday as the months go by, the guilt and depression begin to grow. Andrew may seem happy sometimes on the outside, but in the inside Andrew is mentally and emotionally damaged. Phylogeography is a field of study that implements biogeography and genetics to understand the geographic distribution of a species. It is concerned with historical principles and processes that influence evolution and speciation. The tiger is an evolutionary wonder; it is a prime example of the responsiveness that some species have to changing climatic conditions. The tiger once had the largest geographic distribution of all cat species; subspecies adaptations allowed them to live in a large range of habitats throughout the Asian continent making it a perfect candidate for the study of phylogeography. This review will examine the evolutionary history of the tiger and will explain how the species was affected by climatic fluctuations and biogeographic processes during the Plestocene epoch.

Dance of the Tiger is a “paleo fictional” novel written by Björn Kurtén in 1955. Dance of the Tiger is set in Scandinavia approximately thirty-five hundred years ago during a thaw Ice Age. The story follows the lives of Neanderthals and Cro-Magnons referred to as whites and blacks. The Cro-Magnons and Neanderthals lived around the same time but yet we share more DNA with Cro-Magnons. The primary objective of the story is to determine what happened to the Neanderthals which Kurten does explain using the story of Tiger, a Cro-Magnon. The story splits into three parts: Veyde, Shelk, and Tiger.
The first stanza focuses on the tigers and creates an impression of majesty and power, such as with their ‘sleek chivalric certainty’ (l.4). In psychology and literature, ‘the symbol of the cat was related to the redemption of something feminine’ , and so Rich’s use of the tigers as a predatorial and strong member of the cat family demonstrates Aunt Jennifer’s internal power that derives from her being a woman. The word ‘chivalric’ is traditionally associated with knights and military prowess, and Rich subverts this typically male adjective to the feminine tigers and their representation of Aunt Jennifer’s inner strength (l.4).

India, a developing country which has shown great economic growth in the last 50 years. Though it has many struggles to still overcome, it is on a straight path to becoming a world power.
