Introduction
The company that we will discussed in this paper is Unilever Indonesia.Unilever Indonesia was founded on 1933. It has grown to become one of the leading companies for personal care products and foods and ice cream in Indonesia. The series covers the products of Unilever Indonesia famous brands in the world such as Pepsodent, Lux, Lifebouy, Dove, Sunsilk, Clear, Rexona, Vaseline, Rinso, Molto, Sunlight, Walls, Blue Band, Royco, Bango, and others.

The company has commited to donate a certain percentage of their income to a social activity based on the amount of product sales.
3. Corporate Social Marketing
The companie develop and implement a campaign to change people’s behavior with the goal of improving public health and safety, protecting the environment.
4. Corporate Philanthropy
The company provides a direct donation to charity in the form of a particular society.
5. Community Volunteering
The company supports and enourages employees, associates retail merchants, or a franchise holders to set aside their time voluntarily to help community organizations.
6. Social Responsible Business Practice
The company carries out business activities beyond those required by law and carry out investments that support social activites with the aim of maintaining the well-being of communities and the environment.
To undertake CSR, Unilever Indonesia created Yayasan Unilever Indonesia (Unilever Indonesia Foundation) which focuses its acitivities on four main programs, which are (1) Public Health and Education, (2) Humanitarian Aid Program; (3) Small Medium Enterprise Development Program; and (4) Environment Program. These programs are set by Board of Directors (BOD).
