Utopian Animal Mascot

The school should be named Corydon SE because it is south east to the existing high school, Corydon Central. The mascot should be a mountain lion because the Corydon mascot is a large cat so they should coordinate. It’s important that whatever is picked for the school name and mascot is liked by the city because they are the backbone of the school. Without the public, public schools are nothing. It is equally important that the students like the name and mascot because they are the faces of the school. You want the students to wear their school name with pride.

The parrot was one of the symbols that were used. It represented the Republic of Congo, which like the parrot, did not have much freedom. The parrot also adumbrated the doom of Congo because when the parrot dies, so does the Republic of Congo on the same day.

Although animals might only look like animals, they are symbols of deeper meanings. Throughout the fiction novel One Flew over the Cuckoo’s Nest, by Ken Kesey, many symbols/motifs are presented in the form of animals that represent characters. These animals give meaning to the story and illuminate the plot by giving insight on character development, parallels, themes and thought processes of characters. McMurphy represents the Geese, Nurse Ratched is rendered as a wolf and the Patients are portrayed as hens and rabbits.

The books Anthem by Ayn Rand and Animal Farm by George Orwell are both written about dystopias, or the most imperfect and dismal society. Both authors write about humans –or animals- failing to create a utopia or perfect society. Though both authors use different points of view, language style, and voice the same theme is expressed: a perfect society where everyone is equal cannot exist.

What makes the perfect Utopia? What is needed for a good life? These questions are so important when it comes to human’s view on power and control and how it should be used. In both stories, ‘Animal Farm’ (written by George Orwell) and ‘The Truman Show’ (directed by Peter Weir), the author and director explore these themes. Power and control, the good life, utopia. These three themes are key to living the full life. To have a utopia you must have a good life and to have a good life you must have your own power and your own control.

What is considered offensive? Is it considered offensive to use obscenities around children? According to many people in the United States, it is sport team names and mascots that depict a certain group of people are considered offensive. People around the United States are trying to get professional sport teams to change their names and mascots because they feel it depicts their certain race in bad way. Teams should have to change their mascot and their name if they are named after a certain group of people.

Sometime in your life, you have most likely attended a school that had some sort of mascot. These mascots, often animals, are carefully selected to represent not only the school’s competitive teams, but also the whole student body. Mascots are also used to represent professional sports teams. However, the use of Native Americans, an entire race of millions of people, as mascots is extremely insulting and should be banned.

The author of Under the Rice Moon uses the bird and the story’s character to express a theme. The theme of the story is related to the idea of freedom. Freedom is something that even an animal wishes to receive. The animal in the story is a bird who wants to be freed but no one understands him. The theme of the story is that freedom is valuable and cherished.

But more generally, Animal Farm stands for any human society, be it capitalist, socialist, fascist, or communist. It possesses the internal structure of a nation, with a government (the pigs), a police force or army (the dogs), a working class (the other animals), and state holidays and rituals. Its location amid a number of hostile neighboring farms supports its symbolism as a political entity with diplomatic concerns.

The animals in the book “Animal Farm” hoped to achieve unity, equality. trust/truth, prosperity, better quality of life, freedom and individuality, in terms of the revolution. This was achieved at the beginning of the revolution, which made it a success, but in the end the revolution was a failure.

In Animal Farm by George Orwell, he uses the animals to represent everyone in our society today. In this novel, satire is the use of animal characters as a representation to show the Russian Revolution. The humans, portrayed by animals, are being ridiculed and it shows the breakdown of political ideology, and the misuse of power. Each of the characters portray an individual in society that expresses how humans can act similarly to animals. We can be perceived as animals because we can be separated by classes, or by our appearances. We often become what we don’t want to be, as in the novel the animals make rules to not become humans. We soon find out that the pigs are standing and becoming just like humans. The pigs hold all the power, and everything is fitted around them.

The goal of the utopia is to provide for the community, thus keeping it sustainable. Everyone works not out of personal benefit, but out of benefit for the community which will strengthen

My utopian society consists of three important characteristics, these characteristics are: justice (equality), economic security, and world peace. These characteristics are essential to creating my ideal society. The reason why I believe these characteristics are important is because justice provides equality to all people living in the society. The idea of justice also allows everyone to agree on which actions or words are considered just or unjust. Economic security establishes a strong government that provides welfare and security to all people living in the society. And lastly world peace allows for the people to live in the society without any internal or external fear, such as war and/or crime.
