No, I did not apply for WIOA, I determined I was not eligible by reviewing the WIOA Eligibility Requirements website (see link below). At this time, I do not meet the Adult or the Dislocated Worker eligibility criteria. I have also exhausted my VA education benefit pursuing my current level of educational attainment, which makes me ineligible for VR&E benefits. As a result of these different circumstances, I am currently not eligible for education benefits.

The form needs to be notarized, signed with the effective date so we can transfer your status to Inactive. As long as we receive the form prior to 3-1-17 we can refund the difference in your Active renewal.
