On July 20, 1969, astronauts Buzz Aldrin, Neil Armstrong, and Michael Collins, achieved what is, perhaps, the greatest feat of mankind, landing and exploring the surface of the moon. However, some conspiracy theorists believe that NASA had pulled off the greatest hoax of all time. Thes conspiracy theorists may have convincing evidence, but all their accusations can be proven false through research and science. For starters, many conspiracy theorists question how the astronauts survived the Van Allen belts. The Van Allen belts are two large bands of radiation and, supposedly, it is claimed that humans wouldn’t be able to survive such amounts of radiation.
