The Death of Vincent Foster
What is the popular or governmental accepted version of the event? Vincent Foster’s death was ruled suicide preceding the shady evidence that was presented by the FBI. I do not believe this to to be the correct verdict, the reason being that the crime scene evidence points towards homicide. What also stands out is that “the death was immediately labeled suicide precluding a homicide investigation. Standard procedure in violent death cases is to assume, investigate, and exhaust all possibilities of homicide.”(Belzer R. and Wayne D.)(2012) (pg 222).The scene of the death is teeming with inconsistencies, all of which point toward the possibility of a murder cover up. Any investigator looking into a supposed suicide,

and Wayne D.)(2012) (pg 222), “the person who first found the body swore under oath that no gun was present at the scene and that the FBI pressured him to to change the his testimony”. (Belzer R. and Wayne D.)(2012) (pg 222), “also stated that eyewitness testimony indicates two cars in the parking lot at the time of the discovery, neither of which were Foster’s, yet Foster’s car later appeared the the parking lot and the two others were gone”. (Belzer R. and Wayne D.)(2012) (pg 222) “It was also known that the seat in Foster’s car was ran forward to the point it would be extremely difficult for him to drive it. Foster was a tall man, nearly six foot and five inches and his seat was ran forward to where it would be comfortable for a person who is four foot and eight inches. Another issue being there was no exit wound in Foster’s head, when there should have been. The supposed murder weapon was a .38 caliber, and the wound resembled that of a .22 caliber”. On top of that, there is a lot of shadiness involving Foster’s suicide note. (Belzer R. and Wayne D.)(2012) (pg 222) “stated that the note was found ripped into twenty eight pieces without a single one of Foster’s fingerprints on it. Two prints were found, but they did not match those of Foster’s”. According to (York B.)(1997)( pg 1), three different experts found the the note to be
Recently a guy Named Ronald Lee Moore, who is now dead, had been linked to the death of a 17 girl that was strangled. Deirdre says, “ What makes more sense? That little seventeen- year old, never been in trouble with the law Adnan killed someone or that Ronald Lee Moore, rapist and murderer who got out of prison thirteen days before Hae disappeared, that he killed someone?” (Koenig, “What We Know”). It could have been that man, because he killed one girl already. What would be stopping him from killing another? When the investigators went to Leakin Park they found a few items. The condom wrapper, shell casings, rope, and liquor bottle found in the park near the burial site were never tested for DNA (Koenig, “ Leakin Park”). With the DNA evidence actually being tested, they could effortlessly tell who may have been involved or not, because you can’t just acquire another person’s DNA without them touching the object. Another point that needs to be brought to the table is that it could have been Mr. S. that found the body. He says he pulled off because he had to pee from the 22-ounce Budweiser he was drinking (Koenig, “Leakin Park”) For one, who pulls off and goes to the bathroom in a park known for burying dead bodies? In addition, it takes a pretty shady person to drink alcohol before arriving back to work. Also, what would be the chances of him walking to the
The popular television show, CSI: Crime Scene Investigations has been on the air for 12 years, and it has brought forth the behind-the-scenes actions of criminal investigations, even if its portrayals are not always scientifically accurate. This has caused an interest in the forensic sciences that has led most people to a skewed view of how a criminal investigation actually works. The reality of a criminal investigation is that it is generally more tedious and difficult than the theory of criminal investigation would have you believe. By examining the forensic and investigative procedures of the case of Pamela Foddrill, it is apparent that the theory of criminal investigation was not representative of the procedures concerning examination

While investigations were going on to determine how victims died, there was a discovery of fibers on the victims’ bodies. The goal of the investigator was to determine if any fibers in Wayne Williams home or person matched those fibers found on the victims. Williams denied killing
An emergency call came in at 9:45 am made by Doug Greene who is a neighbor of the victim Anna Garcia claiming that he had not seen Anna Garcia since her normal morning walk at 6:30 am the previous morning and that the dog had been barking for 2 hours, he had also mentioned that Anna Garcia was wearing a sweater when he had seen her the previous morning while experiencing a 92 degree heat wave. Mr.Greene had called Anna’s telephone with no answer, and had also rang the doorbell with no answer. The EMT and local police had arrived to the scene at 9:56 am, needing to break the door down. EMS discovered Anna Garcia laying face down, dead.
It was the midst of day, June 30, 20--; an ill-pleasuring mess had been proposed to the police of Detroit. Have you ever wanted to investigate a murder scene. Well, I am talking about a murder or a suicide story. It is unsure which because of what evidence they were left with. The victom is Meriwether Lewis, Meriwether Lewis is a expeditoiner who was found dead while on the expedition to discover the Northwest Passage to the Pacific Ocean. For three years he travelled with his friend, William Clark, in a company of 31 men, one woman and a child. He was 32 years old when the expedition returned to the United States. Meriwether Lewis bacame a national hero. For the next three yars he would be the Governor of the Louisiana Territory. Persanally, I think it was murder and I will tell you why later. More about the tragic afternoon of October 10, 1809, he reined in his horse of the Natchez Trace to spend the night at an inn called Grinder's Stand. It was a pleasant fall day some 70 miles southwest of Nashville, Tennessee. The next morning, Meriwether Lewis was found dead. In the year 2010, 26-year-old Kenzie Houk was found murdered in her bed. Kenzie was shot in her head. Kenzie was also eight months pregnant when she was murdered (nydailynews.com). The person who found the body was her 4-year-old daughter. When the police officers arrived at the scene, they searched to see if anybody broke into the house. The police officers were unable to find any force entry. The police officers even thought it was a possibility that Kenzie ex-boyfriend could of committed the murder, but they were unable to connect him to the murder. Eventually, the police officers found out that the murderer was none other then the 11-year-old Jordan Anthony Brown.
I arrived on scene at approximately 02:11 hours. I approached the front door and the victim, Hollie J. McIntosh (F/W, DOB: 07/26/1988) opened the door and let me inside. I inquired with McIntosh what happened. McIntosh stated she was shoved and choked by her boyfriend, James Dean Carvell (M/W, DOB: 01/25/1988). I observed a red mark on McIntosh’s neck. McIntosh advised Carvell was in the bedroom. McIntosh pointed to the bedroom. I entered the bedroom. Carvell was lying
This is an attempt to unravel the tangle by an objective and empirical examination of information from crime scene and post mortem examination of the victims. Pre-digested information such as speculative newspaper reports, and statements from witnesses other than those called in a professional capacity have been avoided since theirs is largely subjective testimony that confounds more than it informs.
4. Scenario: You are investigating a homicide involving a victim found dead in his apartment with a single gunshot wound to the head. You discover a suicide note. What key steps would you take to determine this death was truly a suicide and not a murder?
Normally there is an extreme amount of blood that is found at the scene in most self-inflicted gunshot suicides. Strangely, that afternoon in Fort Marcy Park there was little blood that was found on or around the Vincent Foster’s body. Even more bizarre was Doctor Donald Haut’s coroner report. Dr. Haut is the coroner for Fairfax County, Virginia and the only medical doctor that evaluated Foster’s body. Dr. Haut was quoted in the Fiske report as saying that he observed a large pool of blood around the body at the crime scene. Although Dr. Haut denies that he ever made a statement or was interviewed by a member of Fiske’s investigative team (Balough, 2015). Cory Ashford was one of the Fairfax County Emergency Medical Technicians that was on the scene that day. In fact, Ashford was one of the individuals that put Vincent Foster’s into a body bag at Fort Marcy Park. Cory Ashford told investigators that he did not use gloves nor did he have to wash his hands after putting Foster’s body into the body bag (Balough, 2015). Mr. Ashford was one of four medical technicians that were present at Fort Marcy Park that day and saw Vince Foster’s body. None of the four of them recall seeing a hole in the top or in the back of Foster’s skull but they do recall seeing a puncture wound on the lower right side of Foster’s neck. It was described as a hole approximately the size of a .22 caliber entrance wound. This fact was omitted from all of the reports. (Rodriguez, 1995).
Last Friday, authorities were called to a property in Australia after shoots had been fired; taking the lives of seven individuals, the case has been designated as a murder-suicide case. It was before dawn when police were called and arrived at a property in Osmington, Australia. It has been reported that they found one of the adult bodies outside, another inside the main house and a third adult and four children inside a shed. They were a family and resided in the property of the murder. The community has responded with sympathy and fear and the family members are devastated. However authorities claim there is no reason to belief the case does not pose further danger to the community—they are not looking for any suspects because they have
Upon completion of the report, it is clear that an examination of the unresolved murder is necessary. No stone will be left unturned; no avenues left unexplored. To seek justice for Marilyn Monroe and her family, an in-depth analysis must be conducted in order to break down the data and identify a possible killer.
Murder Investigation Report I was recently assigned to investigate the death of a man named, Arthur. Upon arrival at the crime scene, I was told by the wife of Arthur, named Queenie, that Arthur had been extremely drunk and while coming down from the stairs to get another drink, he slipped and died from a major wound to his head. Queenie’s statement suggested that she had nothing to do with the death as she was at the local club with a few of her friends and she came back home she witnessed the body of her dead husband lying on the floor. Queenie also explained that she and her husband had quarreled that same night, before Queenie left to go to the club. At around 1pm, she had invited her friends to her house for extra drinks
