Was Oswald innocent in his work of killing President John F. Kennedy? Was he the lone assassin? Or was he part of a larger conspiracy? Evidence proves that Lee Oswald was part of a larger conspiracy. Not only was Oswald guilty of handling a gun and possibly assassinating Kennedy, there was also Jack Ruby, Christian David, and the grassy knoll to think about. During the parade, two men were spotted on the grassy knoll taking a gun apart. One was dressed as a railroad worker and another was in a uniform. Also, Mary E. Woodward was on the grassy knoll while the president was shot: the first shot came from behind her and a little to the right, as she said in her witness report. This shot most likely came from where the men were spotted. They must have been part of the conspiracy. But was Oswald involved? A friend of Oswald said that the assassin went home at an unusual time, according to the background information in the packet. He was also seen with a package that he stated was “curtain rods.” The package was only two feet long. Lee Oswald was unusually quiet that day. Also, a gun with Oswald’s palm print was found on the sixth floor of the Texas School Book Depository, where Oswald worked. Two were part of a mob, and the other was in a uniform the day that JFK was shot. The uniformed man could have been the man spotted with a railroad worker on the grassy knoll. The railroad worker could have been from the mob. But was Oswald in the mob? Oswald was seen in Jack Ruby’s nightclub two weeks before the assassination. Was this nightclub a meeting place for the mob? Did Jack Ruby shoot Oswald because of the assassination of President John F.
