On Friday, August 12, 2016 at approximately 1000 hours, I assisted the patrol division in locating a burglary suspect that entered the residence of 1023 Barn Oak Court. The complainant/victim Nicole Smith stated to the Conyers Commutation that when she entered the front door of the residence, she heard an unidentified noise in the back bedroom. As she entered the rear bedroom the subject exited the residence through the rear window.
Upon my arrival, I observed a white male standing outside, Officer Welch then order the suspect to ground who was later identified as Kevin George Plato (Suspect). Mr. Plato had a moderate odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath at this time.

Officer Villalpando was dispatched to a juvenile problem 1608 10th St. Caller, Nicholas Allen advised that his son, Kaden Boyd (14) who was currently on house arrest, “cut” off his ankle monitor and was last seen getting into a black passenger car. Officer Villalpando arrived and met with Mr. Allen who told him that Kaden had been missing once before while in the Austin area, and that Kaden was involved with the criminal element believing his son is traveling to Austin with an older male, Michael Tabler who had recently been arrested.
On Thursday, August 31, 2017 at approximately 2232 hours, I was dispatched to a residence across the street from 2220 University St in reference of a suspicious person inside of a black truck. Upon arrival I spoke to the complainant Ms. Delisa Smothers. Ms. Smothers stated that at approximately 2230 hours, an unknown black male went inside her neighbor's truck located across the street at 2221 University street.
On May 23, 2016, I was assigned this case to follow up. This case involves Ms. Anjelica Cassidy Grim a 17 year old T.C. Williams High School student. I made multiple attempts to located Anjelica at School and at 27 South French Street (home). On May 27, 2016, I spoke to Sal Gnim (mother) who reported her daughter returned home the next day. She confirmed that her daughter had been out with her boyfriend. Sal told me that they had a conversation and cleared the conflict up. Sal reported that this was the first time her daughter had runaway. I received permission from Sal to speak to her daughter in School.
On 03/28/2016 I was dispatched to the lobby of the Sumner County Sheriff's Office, 610 E. Hillside Wellington, KS 67152. Next is suspect 3 named Bill Apple, a CCA student and the victim’s lab partner. Bill and the victim had got into a violent argument, Bill claims the two solved the problem and they were supposed to study at the Aurora Central Library the night of the murder and the victim never showed up. Bill has car and both a cat and a dog. Suspect 4, Ann Smith, is a janitor at CCA. Ann did speak with the victim that night, she did say there was others in the building that night, but she cannot identify any one of them.
On 09/26/2016, I, Dillon Dickerson, badge #155, was working as a Patrol Officer for the Wichita State University Police Department, in Wichita, Sedgwick County, Kansas. At approximately 1909 hours I was dispatched to Shocker Hall in regards to a Suspicious Character call. Dispatch advised there was a male which attempeted to get into Shocker Hall. I saw a male Hispanic, later identified as Suspect Ramon Richard Arvizu riding a bicycle west on Bellevue Drive at Edmondson Alley. In the summer of 1994 an Illinois woman’s buzzer rang at her apartment complex in Waukegan. She went downstairs to check after nobody went upstairs to her apartment. As soon as she reached the door downstairs, two men forced her into a dark colored sedan, kidnapped her, and raped her. Distraught after her attack, the victim wandered until she ultimately found a Seven Eleven close by and the police were called. When the police arrived, the victim said she was attacked by two Hispanic men that looked to be in their mid-twenties and a bit taller than her height of five feet and seven inches. The car that she was forced into was described as dark colored, older, having four doors and tinted windows. The victim’s boyfriend saw Angel Gonzalez’s car in the apartment complex parking lot and it matched the characteristics that the woman used to describe the assailant’s car. Police later stopped Gonzalez’s car and the victim acknowledged that the car was the one she described. She was then asked if Gonzalez was one of her attackers, and she was certain that he was, despite her being in the backseat of the police car while he was in front of it. Not only was he not close enough for her to get a clear view, but he also had facial hair and a birthmark, both characteristics that she did not use to describe her attackers. This led to Gonzalez being in police custody for interrogation where they did not allow him to sleep. When he was interrogated, he
