You have been hired by a medium size (approximately 200 employees) widget manufacturing company to do a complete evaluation of their computer needs and make recommendations to them about an information system to support their business. Currently several of their support departments are using manual processes and they wish to automate their accounting and human resources business processes. They also want to harness the power of the Internet in their business.
Today I woke up with a smile on my face and a tingly feeling in my belly; the reason for my joy was the name-plate hanging outside my door that read Dr. Agrima Agrawal, Assistant Professor, IISc Bangalore. My first day as a professor in this prestigious institute, giving me the opportunity to mould life, imbibe knowledge and make a difference; a difference which would matter.
The purpose of this report was to investigate the issues of professionalism, ethics, code of ethical conduct, social issues in IT, copyright and the law, cultural issues in IT, and security, and what benefits or perceived disadvantages these offer in relation to Smartweb as a business.

In this project the user (Employee) will be using the system in easy way from his own office so that he can request for home ownership or loan and complete all the procedures without going to any place (HR department). Also the HR employee will benefit from this system, it will save their effort and time in collecting requests and ranking the employees according to the consistence and priority check-in age, marital status and functional class. The program itself will be managing each request with its own ranking process and it will update the request status for the employees to make he/she able to see the request status anytime.
The completion of this seminar wouldn't be possible without the participation and help of so many people whose names might not enumerated. Their contributions are sincerely appreciated and gratefully acknowledged. but I’d like to express my sincere gratitude to my guide prof. Mayur Makhesana sir And coordinator prof. Keyur Hirapara sir.
