Westside Baptist Church has been blessed to serve our community under the direction of Pastor Dale Ingersoll for the past twenty-seven years. After many years of faithful service, Pastor Dale had made the decision to retire from ministry and notified the church of his decision in December 2014.
Soon after this announcement was made, a pastor search committee was formed and the search began to find a new pastor.
As applicants and resumes came pouring in, there was one candidate that stood out among the others. It was then that the search committee contacted Pastor Craig Cramer to take the next step in the pastor search process.
As the process progressed and introductory interviews were conducted, it soon became clear to both the church and the Cramer family that God was leading Pastor Craig and his family to Fort Pierce to lead Westside as its next pastor.

After many great years of serving in Findlay, Craig knew that God was calling him to serve at Westside.
After serving six years in the U.S. Navy, Pastor Craig received his calling into the ministry and began the path towards pursuing God’s calling on his life. He has spent the majority of his life in Findlay, Ohio where he has earned several degrees including a Doctorate of Ministry from Winebrenner Theological Seminary.
Pastor Craig believes that God has called him to help Westside reach its community and the next generation for Christ. He has a heart for reaching the unchurched, cultivating relationships with God and others, and serving as a mentor to fellow pastors.

He moved to Columbus, Ohio with his mother and stepfather when he was only eleven years old. Williams lost his father when he was an infant (Taylor 50). When Victory was organized seven years ago, Bro. Jerry Poston served as Associate Pastor and Mrs. Linda Burleigh served as Minister of Music and Youth. They also served without salaries allowing auto expenses only. Bro. Jerry has gone home to be with the Lord, but he was a faithful servant during the first few years. God took him home before the building was a reality, but his funeral was held in it.
He has been in full-time ministry for over 36 years ministering throughout the United States and abroad. He is a dynamic speaker and an accomplished musician and songwriter; having released several CDs. In addition, he serves on the Board of Directors of Poverty Dignified Inc., which is a mobile utility company that is taking clean lighting, cell phone batteries and world-class education to the impoverished children of Africa.

He is also able to reach the younger unchurched people in the area. He has begun to set things in motion again, causing the church to develop a heart and a desire to reach the local community with the gospel of Jesus. He has revamped the mission statement that now provides direction and purpose for the members. He has a vision to develop disciples who make disciples. He and his wife have started to invest in the lives of younger adults in their congregation. They are building leaders who will be able to lead others, equipping them for ministry.
Bill Johnson is the pastor of Bethel Church in Redding, California. Johnson grew up in a good Christian home with many generations of pastors before him. However, as a child, he never desired to be a pastor. Close to his high school graduation, the Holy Spirit began to move powerfully in his church community. After seeing the move of the Holy Spirit, he decided it was time to truly say yes to God.
