There were many great tips that the first video showed me. When you are around train tracks you should be extra careful. Even though you have been on that railroad millions of times doesn’t mean you are safe every time you walk across the track. While you are walking something could get caught on the track and you don’t even know that you had lost something. Leaving things on the railroad means it could hurt the people on the train if it is big enough to through the train off track, causing something very scary happen. When you are entering a train track area you should not have any distractions while close to them such as Texting on the phone, talking on the phone, or listening to music with headphones one. Pedestrians think they can make it because trains are so slow but really they are going about 55 MPH and they weight about 12 million pounds. It will take the conductor at least one mile to stop the train for an emergency. When you are waiting for your train to come make sure you stay back at lease behind the yellow line provided for you. There may be things sticking out on the train that can hook your cloths or hit your bike tire. When the train is safely stopped and the doors open you may enter the train and start listening to music, texting on the phone, talking to your friends, and you can even take a little nap. Never pass another vehicle while getting close to the railroad crossing or on the railroad. It will put you and the person you are passing in great danger. If you walk on the railroad tracks or cut in between the carts that is called trespassing and you will get fined. So I recommend not walking or cutting through the carts. The will be two warning devices on is one a yellow circle sign with a big X and to R on the side. Also, the same thing will be painted on the pavement, in white lettering. Be safe around train tracks and don’t be stupid, it isn’t worth your
