The Keirsey Model is a personality test that inquire about 70 questions to help individuals identify their personality type. The questions are designed to analyze between four dichotomous pairs of preference, leading to the result which reveals a person’s temperament and character type (Keirsey.com, 2008). They are sensing/intuition (S/N), thinking/feeling (T/F), judging/ perceiving (J/P), and extroversion/introversion (E/I). Sensing (S) and intuiting (N) dissect the focus of a person’s attention (1998). Sensing refers to using “facts” to determine a decision.
