On 8-11-2017 at approximately 1000 hrs I was on routine patrol, in a fully marked Auburn PD patrol vehicle, in the parking lot of the Muckelshoot Casino at
2402 Auburn Way S. I often patrol this parking lot as it is a high crime area and I have made many arrest related to stolen vehicles and illegal narcotics.

On this date I was on the eastside of the main parking lot, when I drove by a blue Dodge Charger, WA/BEP1426.
