Around 90 percent of people on school grounds have a phone. That’s one of the biggest distractions in school today. Kids have been on phones so much they get them taken away during school. They have been on phones so long kids can not have a normal conversation. Also kids have been distracted by all these notifications and text messages they receive. Kids need to shut them off during school but they don't. Kids do not need cellphones in school because kids get distracted easily, school is a learning zone not a cellphone zone, and kids need to socialize in school not be on phones.
To begin with, kids do not need phones in school because they are easily distracted by their cell phones. Kids get in trouble for checking phones in class when they get a single notification. First, I believe this because students can get easily distracted by phones. Students don’t pay much attention to the teacher’s lesson and are disturbed by all the notifications they receive.
