No company information may be used for personal gain. Also, the improper use of Chipotle’s name, trademarks, or any other intellectual property is prohibited. This has severe consequences as the future of the company is at stake as well as the overall profitability of the company. If a current or previous employee sold the company’s recipes to a competitor or even decided to use for their financial freedom, this would be irreversible. There are multiple steps to be followed closely to ensure the code of conduct is followed company-wide. We must give each new employee the company standards upon hiring. There will be monthly team meetings where all strengths and weaknesses will then be discussed to be able to determine what steps will be necessary to correct any problems. (2) Ells never planned to own a $13.1 billion company just as he finished culinary school, the original plan was to open a temporary fast food restaurant to build some capital so he could open a nice sit down restaurant. Once Chipotle “took off” in the market, Ells knew this was going to be the restaurant business he always dreamed of owning. From the past twenty-three years Chipotle has been in business many things have changed such as the number of worldwide locations to their power in the market all the while keeping one thing in mind and that is to provide food with integrity.
