As father of Amanda is colour blind, so Amanda may be a carrier of the disease, so her genotype for this x-linked disease must be X^cX, it's given that she has normal finger and toes so, she is not affected by syndactylous, so her genotype for this can be expressed as AA.

Kurt is colour blind as well as syndactylous so his genotype for colour blind should be X^cY and for syndactylous A^sA (he must be a hemizygous for the disease as her mother is normal).

Using this information we can find out the probability of the baby boy of Amanda and Kurt to be a colour blind as well as syndactylous.
