Dihydrolipoamide + FAD  Lipoamide + FADH2 

First we need to find change in standard reduction potential value (E'0) of the above reaction.

E'0 = E'0(of electron acceptor)  -  E'0(of electron donor)

Here the electron acceptor is FAD whose E'0 value is given as -0.01 V and the electron donor is Dihydrolipoamide whose E'0 is given as -0.29 V . E'0 is the standard reduction potential value of reduction half reaction of species; it is represented as ε0 in question.

E'0 = E'0of electron acceptor - E'0of electron donor         = -0.01 V - (-0.29V)               = 0.28 V
