My question is: I obtained collagen from fish skin 2 times and we did FTIR spectroscopy “Fourier transform infrared” analysis of them. But I don't know how to read and comment graphs, especially peaks.Can you explain them to me?  thank you :) 1st collagen that is purple. 2nd collagen which is green note 1: I think it needs to be commented on their purity. note2 : FTIR spectroscopy can provide unique information about molecular structure that can be useful for determining the secondary structure of proteins. In the present study, FTIR analysis was used to observe functional groups and determine secondary structures of proteins. The characteristic absorption peaks for collagen are Amide A, Amide B, Amide I, Amide II, and Amide III.
