Angela an ex-pat from Indonesia has been working for Smiling Clowns, West and East Africa Region for a number of years. Setting Smiling Clowns, Inc. hosts provides live entertainment for International events, children’s parties, corporate functions. Smiling Clowns West Africa Region, headquartered in Ghana has approximately 250 employees. The majority of the employees work as clowns, the company also employs jugglers, magicians, and balloon artists. Background Angela is the only lead entertainer and event coordinator, a Home Country employee from Indonesia. She has been fighting with her spouse, especially since her husband also working in another company in Ghana was laid off from work. Money is now very tight in Angela’s household. She is reported to be arriving at events late and will tell the hosts all her problems, and leaving earlier than scheduled leaving her Ghanaian colleagues without further instructions and supervision.
