TITLE: DELICIOUS MILKTEA AND SNACKS: A COMPREHENSIVE DATA ANALYSIS REPORT ON CUSTOMERS SATISFACTION MAIN OBJECTIVE: The main objectives for this data analysis are to determine the satisfaction of the customers via Likert scales. RESULT OF SURVEY: Based on our survey, mostly of our customers are preferable to our products which is milktea. The result is way more positive and good impact because they satisfy to buy milktea than other beverages. We have 20 respondents; 18 respondents satisfaction from the products with an average rating of 5 and 2 respondents strongly disagree with an average rating of 1. Both of then have no standard deviation. INDEPENDENT SAMPLE T-TEST 1. DEFINE THE NULL AND ALTERNATIVE HYPOTHESIS NULL: The customers give satisfaction rating about the product ALTERNATIVE: The customers give unsatisfaction rating about the product 2. STATE ALPHA =0.05 3. CALCULATE THE DEGREES OF FREEDOM Degrees of freedom for independent Samples T-Test df= (ni-1) (n2-1) df= (18-1) (2-1) = 18 4. STATE DECISION RULE 0.05 /2-0025
