Let $n_{1}$ be the number of weights in without MBA group; that is; $n_{1}$ =9.

Let $n_{2}$ be the number of weights in with MBA group; that is; $n_{2}$ =9.

In this case two independent populations and the assumption of normality of both the populations is not given so we should use Mann Whitney U test.

To perform the Mann Whitney test, we combine the observations of two independent samples (without MBA and with MBA) and arrange the data in ascending order. After that we rank all these combined observations from smallest to largest.
