As I created my leadership philosophy, I felt it was important to gather information from those whom I have previously led. After receiving their feedback, I was encouraged to find that many of my core values were carried out in the way that I led. It revealed to me that through my unwavering core values, I have both consciously/subconsciously built what has become my very own leadership philosophy.
