Please read Section 1 & 2 of the Workbook. Perform the actions required in Section 2. (Accounts Receivable Audit) Exercise 2D , print “ Accounts Receivable ” database after “Step 8 on Page 45”. You can print the database by clicking Publish to PDF on the Home tab: The Publish to PDF dialog box appears. In the File name field, enter the file name and path, or click the Browse button to navigate to the required location and then name the file. Then click OK . Exercise 2E , Print the Field Statistics reports after “step 8 on Page 50” (field statistics for GROSS_AMT, GST, and PST). You can print by clicking the Print button from the Field Statistics toolbar, see the screenshot:

Then choose the printer: Microsoft to PDF. Exercise 2F , print “ Sample of Acc Rec Transactions ” database after “Step 9 on page 55”. You can print the database by clicking Publish to PDF on the Home tab (Make sure “Sample of Acc Rec Transactions” database is active): Exercise 2G , print the graph after “Step 18 on page 62”, click the Export button to save the image in a PDF file. See the following: Exercise 2H, print “ Old Invoices ” database after “step 13 on page 67” by clicking Publish to PDF on the Home tab (Make sure “Old Invoices” database is active): Exercise 2I, print “Acc Rec March 31 2015” database after applying the criteria: GROSS_AMT < 0 (Step 6 on page 69) by clicking Publish to PDF on the Home tab.

Exercise 2K, print “Balances by Customer” database after “step 12b on page 76” (let GROSS_AMT_SUM be in descending order) . Click Publish to PDF on the Home tab (Make sure “ Balances by Customer ” database is active). Exercise 2L, Print the Field Statistics reports after “step 7 on Page 96” (field statistics for NO_OF_RECS, GROSS_AMT_SUM, GST_SUM, PST_SUM, NET_SUM, CREDIT_LIM). You can print by clicking the Print button from the Field Statistics toolbar, see the screenshot: To turn in: (Windows)  Select all the PDF Files in the directory they are stored  Right click on the selected files  Select "Send To"  Select "Compressed (zipped) folder (See attached Zip File(1).jpg image)  Rename the new file as "Last Name, First name ACC4304 Fall 2022"  Upload file to this assignment
