SUMMATIVE ASSESSMENT: WH FRAMEWORK 2 WH Framework Stakeholders Ethical Decision that Should be Implemented Customers L’oreal needs to concentrate on customer service in which satisfaction and quality products are the main goal. Employees Employees need to have policies and procedures in place. Training will be provided to ensure that employees are able to provide the best customer service possible by having knowledge of the products. Management Management will provide the necessary resources and tools to employees to be successful. This will also incorporate team building skills and personal development to growth withing the organization. Company Owners To be successful, value the customers and employees by offering support, recognition and a positive work environment to develop the best products along with customer service to satisfy our clients and employees. Community The organization’s integrity will be always present by incorporating policies and procedures that can evaluate the goals of the organization and how it impacts our community. Customers of the Future The organization needs to be able to adapt to any economic, technological, and local needs to satisfy customers’ needs. By doing this, the organization will maintain a heathy balance between profit, team management and customer satisfaction. WH Framework Explanation The framework is a tool a tool that contains a helpful set of ethical guidelines that are required prior to taking managerial decisions. This tool is based on specific criteria that affect a particular group of stakeholders in the firm. Also, the decisions are based on standards action- oriented business behavior. (Barkacs, Browne, Dhooge, Herron & Kubasek, 2023) When using this technique, it was easier to identify who were the stakeholders and how the decision-making process became ethical.
SUMMATIVE ASSESSMENT: WH FRAMEWORK 3 In this particular case, Trzaska and the management of L’Oreal cater are customers because the organization sells products and services that should be of a high standard to achieve customer satisfaction. Employees are part of another sector that L’Oreal serves because they are an important part of the organization’s development. In this case, due to the lack of motivation and lack of resources, it is important that training and the development of policies and procedures take place. By doing this, employees will be able to gain the necessary knowledge to succeed in the organization. Management plays an important role for stakeholders. In this case, management has different points of view and was pressuring one of the teams led by Trzaska to decide to cover the patent quota. After this experience, it is necessary that management implements the necessary resources to provide training to employees as well as an opportunity to growth within the organization. Company owners are part of the stakeholders that have been involved in the process of bad decision making. To change the negative outcome, it is important that the owners of the organization implement an employee recognition program. By doing this, the organization will be able to motivate employees and develop a positive work environment. Community plays an important role in service. By incorporating ethical policies and procedures, it would be a good way of analyzing the impact that L’Oreal has in the community and will be able to modify areas in where the organization needs improvement. The Customers of the future play an important role in the service of L’Oreal’s future. By can adapt to technology, innovate, and listening to customer necessities, the organization would be able to stay afloat and continue business by obtaining customer satisfaction.
