Lab Exercise 6 - Articulations This lab will cover the classification and general structure of joints, various types of movement, and the specific anatomy of the knee, shoulder and hip. Complete the following activities to be submitted as your lab report: Pre-lab Exercise 6-1 and 6-2 (pg. 160-162) Pre-lab Exercise 6-4, 6-5 and 6-6 (pg. 164-166) Exercise 6-1 - Classification of Joints - Read this section and complete the procedure to fill in Table 6.1 (pg. 168). Exercise 6-2 - Synovial joints - Read this section and complete the labeling in Fig. 6.8 (pg. 170), Procedure 1 using a knee model, Procedure 2 with a lab partner (pg. 172), and Procedure 3 with a shoulder model (pg. 174). Use a hip model and elbow model and the images on pg. 175 and 176 to identify the following structures. Know these in addition to the structures listed in procedures 1, 2 and 3.
