2 One day, I would like to visit the Grand Canyon National Park, which is located in Northern Arizona. The massive landscape of the Grand Canyon was most intriguing and attractive enough for me to visit since I never visited the Grand Canyon. The interesting aspect of the Grand Canyon was that the Grand Canyon was a river valley in the Colorado Plateau. The magnitude of the Grand Canyon was massive. The length of the Grand Canyon is about 466km, which is 277 miles, long and the depth is approximately 800m, which is 2,600 feet (National Park Service, 2024). I am eager to see a naturally formed massive landscape. Moreover, the interesting fact is that because of the overwhelming size and colorful landscape, observing the records of rock layers are providing the early geologic history of the North American continent (National Park Service, 2024). (Grand Canyon National Park, 2024) According to Nash, there are mainly four main factors of how colonial Americans transformed their views of the wilderness from one of fear and hostility to one of fascination
