Personal Motivation The motivation that drives me to pursue this master’s degree is to be a football coach, but in order to be a football coach at a high school or middle school I must have a teacher degree. The coaches I had growing up had a huge impact on me as I grew up in a single parent household. I wanted to have that same impact on other students. I want to teach them both in the classroom and on the football field. I want them to know that they always have someone in their corner rooting for them to be the best. Curricular and Professional Progression Requirements Within my state of Missouri since my graduate degree is out of state I will have to submit forms of proof of my completed academic achievement. As well as a letter of recommendation from my attended university. If I do choose to receive a Arizona teaching license it will take a few steps out of the process of applying for a teaching license in Missouri (education, 2023) . Promoting Ethical Practice As an educator I must live my teaching career through the model code of ethics in order to be the best educator that I can be. I must follow these principles in order to make the proper decision making within and out of the classrooms as I will be a role model and teacher to many students. Being an educator is not a duty to be taken lightly. As an educator you must also be looking to heighten your own skills as an educator by either getting advice from your colleagues or going to learning conferences to hone your skills. (Certification, 2023) . Leadership, Collaboration, and Technology Goals
