Wellness and emotional well-being impacts the body, mind, and spirit of individuals
because people get to have control of their emotions and life for the better. People need to be
aware of what they need to improve on as far as wellness and emotional well-being that is what
creates accountability. The body, mind, and spirit all work together to create positive well-being.
Indivisible self-evidence-based model of wellness can analyze the emotional well-being of
someone because it focusses on five different aspects of life. ISWEL is about physical, creative,
social, essential, and coping in different contexts. There are different ways to set yourself up for
emotional well-being when using the ISWEL tool because you can start with one and work your
way into having all the aspects in your life.
According to Perera (2020), wellness treatment planning is vital to create mindfulness
and growth after using the ISWEL tool to improve mental health disorders. People who are
suffering from depression, anxiety, and post traumatic stress disorders can benefit from ISWEL
because it is a game plan for their life to improve. It promotes healthy traits for physical and
mental health connecting the body and mind. The treatment process with ISWEL takes a couple
weeks because there are many different habits that need to be broken to create wellness and
emotional well-being. When people create a goal and write it down for each category of ISWEL
they are more likely to succeed. This is a great tool for people who need construct their body,
mind, and spirituality.
