Executive summary The purpose of this report is to present a thorough analysis of healthcare data with dual focus on employee vaccination status and patient adverse risk events. By examining these factors, the report aims to provide insights into areas of concerns and potential improvement within the healthcare organization. overall, the purpose of this report is to guide stakeholders in making informed decisions that enhance both patient care and employee well – being within the organization. The analysis of the data has led to two significant findings. Firstly, from the patient data it is found that the primary event leading to adverse risks for patient is fall, followed by errors Secondly, a noteworthy discovery from employee data revealing that 166 out of 193 employees have received flu vaccination. The data source of this report is n Excel file obtained from Prof. Linda The intended audience for this report comprises health care administrators, safety officers and those responsible for employee health and wellness initiatives. The data collection process employed both qualitative and quantitative methods. Employee Report Content Employee immunization ensures that all the staff members are properly vaccinated at the right time to protect against various infectious diseases. This is especially crucial in healthcare sector as employees are more subjected to risk of being infected easily. Healthcare reporting is very crucial for various reasons. Immunization prevents the spread of infection between patients and employees in the healthcare thus protecting the public health. Secondly, the workplace safety can be ensured by healthcare reporting for employee immunization by reducing the spread of infectious diseases among the employees which can further reduce the number of absentees in the workplace. Accurate information on the immunization status of employees is important for emergency planning as it helps in quick identification and action in case of any outbreaks, reducing the possible impacts on employees and the public. Employee immunization data reporting supports public health surveillance, by helping healthcare officials to identify the patterns, evaluate the success of immunization programs and implement the required actions to improve vaccination rates. Overall, healthcare reporting for employee immunization is mandatory for fostering a safe, healthy, and effective work environment (Haviari et al., 2015.
