While the topic of playing the players has been highly debated of late the pandemic has shown that the issue has slowed down and there are subtle things that have triggered discussions like the firing of Archie Miller and his buyout (10 million.) College Athletics departments, the NCAA and its athletes want to find common ground, but the action seems to be going nowhere at the moment. The case of NIL is currently at the Supreme Court and many are waiting to see what will happen. The ruling will be huge Outline Lead: Pandemic has helped spurred NIL.
